LAMDA Exam Courses
We offer coaching for LAMDA Exams in Acting and Speaking Verse and Prose .LAMDA exams are fantastic if you want to become a professional performer or for building confidence and public speaking skills .
LAMDA Are the largest examination board of speech and drama in the UK. LAMDA exams are a great way of improving your acting techniques and your speech and vocal skills. The exams enable children to measure their progress, gain a certificate and receive appraisal from highly trained assessors. Grade 6 upwards ,are included in the UCAS Tariff, so you can claim points towards University entry.

These are 1:2:1 or 1:2:2 sessions and are priced at £17.50 for 30 mins or £15 per a student (for 1:2;2 ) not including the LAMDA exam fees – please contact us by email or phone to find out more
Anti-bullying & other PSHE workshops
Our bespoke Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE) Workshops provide an engaging approach to emotional education, from anti-bullying and e-safety to mental health and healthy relationships. We can personalise lesson plans to pupils’ needs, abilities and age groups.

Stage Crew at St Werburghs Community Centre
STAGE CREW DRAMA WORKSHOPS
Come and join Acting Out for an unforgettable day of drama fun at St Werburgh’s Community Centre.
Our drama day will encourage children to find their own voices, help develop creativity, make friends and grow in confidence all in a safe and fun environment.
The day will include games, vocal work, imagination, character development, storytelling, improvisation, teamwork and most importantly lots and lots of fun.

9.30am – 3.30pm
Children will need to bring their own water bottle and nut/seed free pack lunch for the day

Community Project - Drama Workshops
Working with the Embrace Club Drama and Propmaking for adults with learning disabilities, Acting Out offered weekly drama workshops at Lyde Green Community Centre. Please get in touch if you would like us to work with your school or club
Annual Community Pantomime- in partnership with Bristol Art Junkie and Chris Yapp
Making learning fun...
Acting Out offer the chance to use drama to explore history, science and other topics. We create and facilitate dramatic explorations for children, enabling them to learn, use their imaginations, and have fun. Examples of work include ‘At Home with The Harfords’, written and facilitated for Bristol City Council at Blaise Museum.
